Richard Noyce A law graduate from Southampton Universty, Richard trained with Moore and Blatch, one of the leading firms in Hampshire. He has gained much of his experience since, with small practices where a realistic and economic approach is so important to providing a client based service. He enjoys the day to day contact with clients and is the firm’s advocate conducting trials within the County and Magistrates’ Court when the need arises. More and more he has become office based, developing a practice that is very general in its type. He is the firm’s specialist in employment law. He deals with divorce and resolution of the financial disputes that can follow, as well as civil litigation generally. Our clients trust him with their private residential landlord and tenant work which can sometimes become highly litigious. As a general practitioner he is able to help with residential house buying and selling and will writing, as well as certain company issues that can arise in a family company. With 30 years of legal experience, Richard likes to feel that he has seen most types of issue that can arise in a legal setting and is able to bring this to bear in offering a practical and helpful approach for the clients of our practice. |
