All manner of court actions are listed within this section. Some of the more recent matters handled by us are:-

A boundary dispute between neighbours;
Collection of outstanding monies under a contract;
A person suffering injury in a car accident;
Enforcement of the sale of a house by one owner against another;
Disputed wills and beneficiary claims.

The list is many and various, but includes any matter where proceedings before the court are required in order to enforce or defend a legal right. Although we have a partner who deals with advocacy, we also have links with many specialist barristers who can offer a speedy and helpful service.
